Student Parking Permit

All student drivers must complete the attached forms and return to the Front Office with a copy of their Driver's License and Insurance Card.  Upon receipt of the form and required documents the student will be given a parking permit for the 2026-2027 school year.  

Additionally, parents/guardians must sign a General Permission to Drive Home form.  It is also attached below.
