Dear JCCHS Parent/Guardian,
We want to inform you that John Carroll Catholic High School has decided to switch back to the EZ School program for our Point of Sale system in the cafeteria. After evaluating our current system, Renweb, we found that it doesn’t meet our needs and has proven to be difficult to use. As a result, we will begin using EZ School when we return from Christmas break on January 6 (your student's current balance will be transferred to the new system).
To ensure a smooth transition, you will need to set up a new EZ School account. Please follow this link to set up your account.
Once you've signed up, you will be able to:
1. Deposit funds into your student’s account anytime, from anywhere, using any browser and a credit card.
2. View your student’s account balance 24/7.
3. Track payments and purchases made in the cafeteria.
4. Receive notifications when your student’s account balance is low.
While we had hoped that Renweb would make accessing your student’s account easier, we have experienced too many issues, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
