Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Instruction & Curriculum Development:

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based art lessons for students in various grade levels.
• Teach foundational and advanced art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, digital art, and mixed media.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that integrates artistic skills with cultural, historical, and religious themes.

Student Engagement & Development:

Qualifications:

Job Summary:

John Carroll Catholic High School is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Math Teacher with a background in sports analytics to join our faculty. This unique position will not only involve teaching core math courses but also contribute to the integration of sports analytics into the curriculum and athletic programs. The ideal candidate will inspire students in mathematical reasoning, data analysis, and statistical applications while collaborating with the Athletic Department to incorporate analytics into team strategies and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Instruction & Curriculum Development:

• Teach high school math courses, including Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus (as assigned).
• Develop and teach a Sports Analytics elective course, integrating real-world applications of statistics and data analysis in athletics.
• Utilize sports performance metrics, game analysis, and predictive modeling to engage students in applied mathematics.
• Incorporate technology, such as Excel, and sports analytics software, into lessons.
• Develop assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Collaboration with the Athletic Department:

• Work closely with coaches and the Athletic Department to analyze team and individual performance data.
• Assist in integrating sports science, game analytics, and performance metrics into coaching strategies.
