Thespians Take Honors at Trumbauer Competition

On Saturday, November 5th, 22 John Carroll Thespians competed in 38 individual events at the District 6 Trumbauer Theatre Competition at Thompson High School. Students competed with monologues, musical solos and duets, scene design, playwriting, and much more.

Twenty-nine of the 38 events received Superior Ranking (the highest ranking possible), and 9 earned an Excellent Ranking (second highest).

Additionally, the following students have advanced to the state competition to be held at Troy University in December:

Finally, the Honors Acting and Directing class performed a 30 minute play as a part of the Studio Competition. The following performers were recognized for their performances:
