Mrs. Green has two daughters, Heather and Lori, a son, Todd, and twin granddaughters.  The family dog, Hershey, is a chocolate lab - husky mix.  Mrs. Green's hobby is selling Clinique and she enjoys reading suspense novels.

INTERMEDIATE ALGEBRA II
INSTRUCTOR: Mrs. Josephine Green
TEXTBOOK: Algebra II by Glencoe
MATERIALS NEEDED:
1.      A spiral or ring binder notebook – all class notes, class work, and homework will be done in this notebook.
2.      Loose leaf paper for quizzes and tests
3.      Pencils – all work MUST be done in pencil
4.      Folder – keep all tests, quizzes, and handouts
5.      Calculator TI-30XIIS
EVALUATION:
1.       Quizzes may be given at any time.
2.       Approximately 4 tests will be given in a nine-week period.
3.       Homework or notebook quizzes may be given at any time.
4.       Your quarter grade will be determined by averaging total points.
ABSENCES:  It is the student’s responsibility to see me about make-up work for an excused  
            absence.  The length of time you have to complete the work is stated in the handbook.   
            Make up tests will be administered by Ms. Haugh in room 216 morning’s from 7 – 7:45.
    
HELP SESSIONS:  I will be available in the mornings before school in room 117.
CLASSROOM RULES:
1.      BE ON TIME – when the tardy bell rings, you should be in your seat with our materials out and prepared to begin class.
2.      BE PREPARED AND ON TASK AT ALL TIMES – Bring all materials to class everyday.  Do all homework and stay on task during classroom activities.
3.      REPECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS - you should listen attentively when a classmate or I has the floor.  Do not interrupt, ridicule, etc.  You should value the property of others.
4.      STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE – set high standards for yourself and strive to meet theses goals and objectives.
5.      FOLLOW ALL RULES IN THE HANDBOOK
