There are two ways to apply to John Carroll Catholic High School. You can download the appropriate forms below and mail, e-mail or fax them to the John Carroll's Admissions Office; or you may apply online here.

Incoming 9th Grade

Applicants to the ninth grade are encouraged to attend the annual Open House in October, and are required to take the placement test in December. Applicants also spend a full or half-day visiting classes. Students who apply to the ninth grade are admitted on the basis of the placement test, previous academic records, teacher recommendations, student interview, and completion of all admission requirements by the stated deadlines. Any student interested in applying to ninth grade after the December test dates, should contact Mrs. Kathryn Davis in the Admissions Office.
